In order to qualify, leave comments on every post in the hop. The more posts you comment on, the greater your chances. The GIVEAWAY ends on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30th, at 11:59 PM EST. All winners will be selected at random and announced on THE GRAY MUSE blog within a week.
For thehop today I have created three card projects using the new Summer/ Fall 2020 release products, so get comfortable and lets begin.
For the first card I used the Pretty Pansies Stamp set from The Gray MuseSummer/ Fall release which I stamped and embossed with white embossing powder on a watercolor card stock. To color this large Pretty Pansies set I used Ken Oliver's color burst inks. I wanted the card to have a very Autumnal feel which inspired my choice of colors. I stamped the sentiment from the Flourishing Bouquet set on a black card stock with white embossing powder.
I added a few gem stones to the panel and adhered this to a top folding mustard notecard with foam adhesive.
For this second card I went with a different approach. Instead of using coloring mediums to color the floral image I decided to paper piece it. I used the Lovely Lotus stamp set from The Gray Muse Summer/ Fall release and stamped it with black ink on a ombre designer paper and fussy cut it. This designer paper pack also had this water waves designs which sparked the idea in my mind to do paper piecing. The sentiment is from the Social Distance stamp set from this release.
I love the over all look of this card. I think it turned out pretty cool, what do you think?
This card is probably my favorite card. I used the Simple Blooms set from The Gray Muse Summer/Fall 2020 release and stamped it with black copic friendly inks. I colored the flowers and leaves from this set with copics and fussy cut them all. I drew the waffle cone and colored it with copics and fussy cut that as well.
I adhered the cone on a white card stock with foam adhesive and added the flowers and the leaves on it in place of the ice cream. I splatter some gold metallic paint and added black Nuvo Crystal Drops for additional details. I also added a some gold twine behind the flowers. The sentiment is from the Social Distance Stamp set from the same release, which I embossed on black card stock with white embossing powder. My daughters thought this card looked very delicious :).
Here some additional cards I created using the stamps from The Gray Muse Summer/Fall 2020 release which I had posted on my Instagram itsapreetiworld and on Thegraymuse IG you can swipe right to see them!!!
